Before you pick
What counts as a conversation?+
One visitor, one chat. However many messages they send back and forth, it counts once. A visitor who comes back a week later and starts a new chat counts again.
What happens if I go over?+
Your chat agent stops replying until the next period, but nothing is lost: visitors' messages are still saved, contact details are still captured, and you can still reply to anyone yourself from the dashboard. Upgrading turns it straight back on.
Can I change plans later?+
Any time, in both directions, from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect immediately and you're charged the difference pro rata.
Do I need a card to start?+
No. The free plan needs no card at all — sign up, point it at your website, and see what it makes of it.
Is there a contract?+
No. It's month to month and you can cancel from the dashboard whenever you like. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for.
