Do I need a developer?+
No. You copy one line of code and paste it into your site before the closing body tag. If you can add a Google Analytics tag, you can do this. Every major site builder has a box for exactly this.
What happens when it doesn't know the answer?+
It says so, and offers to take the visitor's details so you can follow up. It's specifically instructed not to guess. That's also your cue to add the missing information — you'll see the question in your dashboard.
What if my website is mostly images, or built in a page builder?+
We read text, so a site that renders its content as JavaScript or images may come back with very little. You'll see exactly what was found, and you can type in the important things yourself — hours, services, prices — and the agent uses those the same way.
My hours and prices change. Does it keep up?+
Re-reading your site is a button in your settings, so you're in control of when it happens. Anything you've edited by hand is never overwritten by it.
What happens to what visitors type?+
Conversations are stored so you can read them and follow up on leads. Visitors are told they're talking to an AI agent before they start.
Can I switch it off?+
Remove the script tag and it's gone from your site immediately. There's nothing installed, nothing to uninstall, and no change to your site to undo.
