How this is worked out
Competitor rates are each vendor's lowest listed price, checked 19 October 2026: Intercom from intercom.com/pricing and Zendesk from zendesk.com/pricing. Prices are in US dollars, before tax, and may have changed since.
Intercom and Zendesk charge per seat and per AI resolution, so the estimate multiplies both. Whizchat charges a flat monthly price for a plan's conversation allowance, and every conversation counts toward it whether the AI or a person answers.
